Congratulations to the new GDLN Eurasia Board Members!

During a workshop in Vienna, GDLN Affiliates in Europe and Central Asia (ECA) decided to establish a regional network that would develop new business in the region, assist with program development, and take over other administrative matters related to GDLN activities in ECA. Five months later, Affiliates have voted on the Board Members that will contribute towards the formal establishment of the “GDLN Eurasia” regional network. The Members are Dinka Dinkova from the Center for the Study of Democracy in Sofia, Bulgaria; Goran Skvarc from the Croatian Academic and Research Network in Zagreb; and Svitlana Shytikova from the Institute for Leadership, Innovations and Development in Kyiv, Ukraine. Among their responsibilities, Board Members will review proposals from GDLN Affiliates in ECA to host the GDLN Eurasia Secretariat, and are expected to issue a decision in January.
